Most girls I know have been on the lookout for the perfect shade of red nail polish to match their skin tone. A good red polish is a multi-seasonal, glamorous and timeless polish - and I think I've found the perfect shade straight from Ciate.

I have had many red polishes which were OK, but I never found a shade that I thought was chic and bright. I actually got this polish in a past Glossybox, and fell in love with the red. A lot of polishes have quite dark undertones which suit the colder seasons best, whilst brighter shades can sometimes look cheap.

After looking at more Ciate polishes, I came across the "Colour Picker" on the website - a little tool that helps you see what their colours look like on different skin tones. I had a lot of fun playing with different shades of polish on different shades of skin! It's worth having a look at and comparing what colours look good on you - as silly as this may sound, you will find that different shades of colours suit your skin tone better.
