Being a huge fan of horror films, I have watched nearly every zombie movie no matter how crap or amazing they are (it's a guilty pleasure) and I have created a plan, in my head, in case there is ever a zombie attack - because, you know, there's such a huge possibility of it happening... - and today on the day before Halloween I will share with you my fail proof plan:

First of all, you need a comfortable and practical outfit, like the one I've got here. Combat boots are essential as they're comfy, sturdy and waterproof - remember in a zombie apocalypse there's highly likely to be ruins and glass everywhere you go especially places like the supermarket when you need to stock up on tins so good footwear is essential. Your choice must also be comfortable enough to run in as there's going to be a lot of running away from the undead. Next, I'd advise you to wear trousers for easy movement and keeping your dignity when climbing over fences, etc. Pair the trousers with a T-shirt and a short parka - the parka will keep you warm and comfy, but your outfit must be versatile enough to suit both cold and hot weather, as you never know how long you will have to spend in said outfit. I also picked up a beanie to keep my head warm as we are after all in Autumn. This outfit is perfect to move around in and to interchange between weather, so I'm happy with my choice and sticking to it. Now, onto the logistics.

First of all, gather all your loved ones and pack bedding/other necessities you might need. Remember food, weapons and as silly as it sounds - your tooth brush. After all, you're still a human even though it's the apocalypse! Round up the cars and convoy to a safe supermarket. A few of you must stay on the lookout whilst the quickest runners go to grab tinned food and anything else that will last a long time - don't forget bottled water. Then, you must make your way to the nearest army base where you will seek asylum and help defeat the zombies. Et voila!

This is my amazing plan! I hope you enjoyed this fun post in the spirit of Halloween and I'd love to hear what your zombie escape plan is! And yes, I do have a wild imagination / am a horror film geek so excuse the ramblings!
