Deichmann has been a familiar brand for me since childhood - as I grew up in Budapest, it was a very popular store in Europe. I used to get my school shoes from Deichmann (we didn't have to wear a uniform in Budapest, so we had pretty much free reign of what we chose to dress ourselves in), and I always tried to pick something that was comfy and stylish. Very fond memories of that store... Anyway, when I saw it in a town near me a couple of years ago, I was pleased as I could go in and have a little snoop and see what the store is like now.
With over 100 years old, the brand has stores in 24 countries and has been in the UK for 10 years (with over 90 shops nationwide). You can check out the flagship stores in Westfield London and Westfield Stratford.

Deichmann is a reliable quality brand, but with reasonable and affordable prices. They carry women, men and children ranges with a huge variety of styles from party shoes to comfy trainers with collaborations including Halle Berry and Cindy Crawford. Their current collaboration is with Hanneli Mustaparta, who is a photographer, fashion bloggers, stylist and former model. She runs a fashion blog Hanneli and is also a Vogue contributor! Pretty cool collab, right? I love her effortless style which really comes across in the collection of shoes which can be easily adaptable for any season.

I styled a casual outfit with these gorgeous faux suede shoes because I wanted to show you that heels aren't just for dressing up. For example, this outfit for me is perfect for travelling because your clothes are super comfy and chilled, but by adding a nice handbag and pointed heeled boots you suddenly add a touch of unexpected glamour which means that during your road trip if you want to stop off at a nice and fancy country pub - you're prepared. The shoes are so comfy to wear, they're very warm and soft inside making them perfect for the colder weather.
Of course, you can wear these boots with a pair of skinny jeans and a shirt, or an evening dress - they will look fab! But also consider footwear that will take you from A to B with comfort and less blisters than usual. I'm so excited to have them as a staple in my AW15 wardrobe!

You can view the whole collection of Deichmann x Hanelli Mustaparta here - which shoes are your favourites? I also absolutely love the knee high boots and casual slip on trainers!
