During the months of Autumn and Winter, skin suffers a lot from the cold weather, central heating and hot baths. Often it becomes dry and sore, spots and blemishes tend to appear - especially if you have combination skin. I always suffer from seasonal weather changes in terms of my skin - I get covered in spots, my skin is often painful to cleanse and makeup doesn't even cover up because my skin is so patchy.

When cleansing, I love a little scrub because I feel like it gets into my pores and purifies all the grime and dirt from the day. But that's impossible to do when skin is dry and sore! Enter Antipodes Grapeseed Butter Cleanser - THE sensitive skin saviour. This bad boy cleanser is perfect for ultra dry skin with Vinanza Grape (an NZ sauvignon blanc grape seeds) antioxidant properties and cacao butter which gives it super smooth texture. It is specifically designed to soften and moisturise, helps to repair free radical damage and soothe sensitive skin with the help of ingredients like lavender and blue chamomile.

It feels amazing to massage this cleanser onto the skin of your face and neck - the texture is super smooth and luxurious, it literally melts on your skin. I like to massage this in for a minute of two (mainly because I love the way it feels and smells) and then rinse off with the help of a warm face cloth. My skin ends up feeling so soft and moisturised - but more importantly clean and fresh. Because it's such a gentle cleanser, it's perfect for when skin is playing up because of the cold weather.
