One of the most exciting things about fashion in Autumn/Winter is boots – dig out your old favourites, or treat yourself to a nice new shiny pair, boots are always going to be an A/W essential. I seriously can’t get my head around people who wear anything but boots when it’s freezing out – how do you keep your feet warm?? Is it really worth putting your tootsies at the risk of frost bite for the sake of a new high heel sandal?! My motto is to keep warm and stylish – and that’s easily done with a pair of new season or classic boots.

I have been after some knee-high boots for a while now but couldn’t find the right pair because I was being quite specific with the heel height. I was approached by Lunar shoes – an online footwear brand which hosts a number of different own brand styles. As most girls would, I was super excited to snoop around and see what kind of footwear they had on offer – it was then I stumbled upon the boots I am wearing in this post. Shiny, textured, blocked small heel and knee-high is exactly what I was looking for.

I love seeing knee-high boots styled with heritage clothing – I decided these boots would look perfect being taken out for a nice (but very cold) countryside walk in Hampshire. I styled them with my favourite skinny jeans because, you know, skinny jeans and knee-high boots have been made for each other! Added in a splash of heritage with my tweed coat and I also discovered that completely unintentionally the boots match my every day bag! They’re both black faux croc fabric. The boots themselves are super comfy and have lining on the inside that make them nice and warm, plus they have some extra room around the calf if needed!
I also love these boots styled with a knee length A line skirt and a cosy jumper – they are very versatile and add a little pazzas to any outfit because of their shiny, faux croc fabric.
