LFW Makeup Look: Pringle of Scotland ft Lord & Berry

During LFW AW16, Pringle of Scotland displayed dewy tones and bright lips on their runway - this makeup look was paired with their toned down colours like beige, charcoal, khaki shades and chocolate browns. I've always been a fan of Pringle and their classic styles of knitwear, and this time their makeup made an impact - the perfect combo of English Rose complexion, and a pop of colour.

I later found out that Lord & Berry teamed up with Pringle to bring this oh so perfect look on our radar - a look that I will be sporting through SS and AW. To recreate the Pringle AW16 runway makeup look, I used the Lord & Berry bronzer on top of my foundation to bring a little depth of colour, and contour my face ever so slightly (think porcelain even skin - the perfect canvas for a pop of colour).
I used minimal makeup on my eyes, as this look focusses solely on bright lips - one coat of mascara and shaped brows were all I went for. To finish this look, I used Lord & Berry Twistick in Arizona which is a bright deep red, but you can also use the Lord & Berry Lipstick Pencil in Plum which is a deep purple.

This is a perfect everyday look that is both highlighting your natural facial features, but the lipstick brings a little bit of life and glam to the face. Team this kind of makeup with earthy tones like khaki, cream and mud brown - I love knitwear for a rustic feel, and utility for a city sleek look.
