Temple Spa is a brand inspired by the Mediterranean culture and climate which uses natural ingredients, essential oils and reduced chemicals, and very importantly doesn't test on animals. I became familiar with the brand through testing some of their products, and the more research I did - the more I fell in love with their ethos, as well as their skincare.

The idea for Temple Spa was created in the Mediterranean - inspired by the climate, colours, healthy cuisine, history and of course the beautiful landscape. The brand focusses on healthy living as a whole, and wants that to reflect in their beautiful skincare products - I think it's really important for more brands and companies these days to promote healthy living as a whole and get us to focus on beauty from both outside and inside. Let's face it - it really doesn't matter how fantastic your skincare regime is if you don't have a healthy balanced diet, enough sleep and too much stress in your life.

In this post, I want to tell you about the Temple Spa In The Beginning deep cleansing melt - a daily cleanser which has anti-ageing benefits and helps your skin feel smooth, clean and dewy. This hand blended, highly concentrate cleansing melt has gentle beads which help exfoliate the skin, before you massage the balm into your skin until it melts and releases cleansing ingredients, and a rich vitamin complex. You can use this melt in the morning and evening, massaging into skin and then washing off with a warm cloth, or what I love to do is leave the melt on my skin after massaging it in for about half an hour (perfect in a warm bath, when all your pores are open) and then wash it off with warm water. Skin is left feeling radiant, hydrated and glowing with health.

Using the Temple Spa In The Beginning cleansing melt for a month, my combination skin feels refreshed and hydrated after every wash - and once every week I leave the melt on in the bath so my skin can get an extra dose of hydration and nourishment. It really is a spa feeling at home!
